1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and EVENTFLOWPRO ("EventFlow Pro", "we", "us"), which operates the EventFlow Pro event registration, ticketing and check-in service available at eventflowpro.org (the "Service"). By creating an account, registering for an event, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

EventFlow Pro lets organizers publish events, share a public registration link and QR code, collect attendee details and waiver acceptance, take payment for tickets, and check attendees in on site. Attendees use the Service to register for and pay for events run by independent organizers. EventFlow Pro is not the organizer of any event listed on the Service and is not responsible for the delivery, quality, cancellation or rescheduling of any event.

3. Accounts and authority

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to create an organizer account, and if you sign up on behalf of an organization you confirm you have authority to bind it. You must provide accurate information, keep it current, keep your credentials confidential, and you are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of applicable law;
• commit fraud, launder funds, sell tickets to events you are not authorized to run, or send spam;
• infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any person;
• upload malware, probe, scan or otherwise interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
• scrape, harvest or bulk-export attendee data other than your own event data;
• reverse engineer, resell, redistribute the Service, or circumvent technical limits.

Organizers are solely responsible for the content of their events, waivers and custom questions, for the lawfulness of the data they collect, and for handling attendee personal data in line with applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

EVENTFLOWPRO retains all ownership of the Service, including its software, documentation, design and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the content you upload, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Service level

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Payments, fees and taxes

Ticket prices are set by the organizer. EVENTFLOWPRO charges organizers a platform fee of 4% of gross ticket sales, which is deducted before the organizer payout is issued. Organizer payouts are issued to the payout details saved in the organizer's account after the event has concluded.

8. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, you may request an export of your event and attendee data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill, and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify EVENTFLOWPRO against claims arising from your content, your events, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. General

You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EVENTFLOWPRO is established, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction. We may update these Terms; continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
